Sorry it’s been a long time from my last entry. My cast came off and now I just have to wear a brace. School in going fine. Lucky is well. Chip and Montana look like a Wooly Mammoths. I can’t wait for spring! Chip is looking good. He gained back all the weight he lost over the summer. Mom has been spending time with them. Lots of hugs and kisses. She still hand packs their feed in gallon bags and stands and watches them eat. I start the ride this year on June 6th. D-day. I hope everyone who owns a horse and everyone who loves someone in the service will be there. The first days ride is going to be 20.7 miles. Start training.
From Mom February 4, 2009
Hi everyone! E’leese broke her wrist at boardjammers on the first day. She was very sad to miss learning how to snowboard. Hi! to everyone at Skijammers. She asked the doctor if she could still snowboard with her broken wrist. You can’t stop her.
The ride will begin again on June 6, 2009, at the Minnesota State Capital. We are preparing for the event and hope that all will come and ride with us out to Plymouth.
