E’leese, I am a reserve deputy with the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Reserve. Dan Hartog, our sheriff, gave me your letter dated Monday 23, 2009 regarding the ride on the 6th of June. In the letter on page 3 you indicate that riders are suppose to RSVP, but I don’t see any indication where or to who. Can you please have that information sent to me. Thanks, Gary

I am very sorry to hear about your wrist ): OUCH!!! I hope that it heals fast so that you can ride again and snowboard! I am very glad to hear that your ride around Minnesota went well, and that you are going to do it again this year! That is so awesome. Keep up the good work!

Hi E’leese, Chip, Kerry and Lucky!
I just got done looking at the pictures from the last day of the ride. Lots of good memories.

I hope you are all doing well. I’m having a good year with my first graders. I finally got to take my grandaugter, Harper riding on Tiairah with me. That was exciting. I’m a lieutenant with the posse now. It sounds impressive but its more like being vice president. A couple of brass bars for my collar and I get to lead meetings if the captain is gone. Oh, and remember Dan and Julie. Well Dan is our new captain. He will do a great job.

On a sadder note, we lost our black mare, Moriah. She tied up after either coliking or getting caught in the fence. We aren’t sure exactly but the vet said it was the worst case of tie up she had ever seen. We tried to rehydrate her with an IV but she finally went down and was in so much pain that we had her euthanized. So now I only have the three girls left.

I hope you ride again next summer. If the posse can be of help again just give me a call.
